UK DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). During busier times please allow 4 working days for your order to be shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently only ship website orders to the UK. Any international orders can be placed via our Etsy Shop here - 

RETURNS

We hope that you don't want/need to return anything however in the event that you do, we have a 30 day return policy on non-personalised items. This means 30 days from the day that you receive your order. 

All returns are payable by the customer, to start a return please contact us at chalkandivyprints@gmail.com. Returns must be sent in original unused condition and in original packaging. 

Personalised items are non-refundable.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

We want you to be happy with your order and hope that they arrive with you in the same condition that they are sent in. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or for any other issue with your order, please email us (chalkandivyprints@gmail.com) within 14 working days of receipt of the damaged or faulty order. We can then look in to this and do our best to resolve it for you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale, 'nearly perfect' products or sample sale products.
